Many guests use the double room as a “base” for exploring the Lower Rhine: breakfast in the morning, out and about during the day, a good meal in the evening, and then a quiet night’s sleep. That’s exactly how it’s meant to be — uncomplicated, and without long distances.
Comfort that doesn’t feel overdone
Not everyone is looking for a design hotel. What often matters is something else: a comfortable bed, a proper bathroom, clean rooms and an atmosphere where you can unwind. That’s what we focus on. And if you need to take care of something in between, there is also, depending on the room, a place to write or work.

If you don’t want to drive into town in the evening, you can simply stay here. In our restaurant, we serve hearty regional cuisine, with seasonal dishes, in an atmosphere where you’ll be happy to linger. For many guests, that’s what turns an “overnight stay” into a little weekend away.
